1. 负责新产品的先期质量策划，样件质量，PPAP文件提交，确保产品过程处于受控。
2. 负责日常生产线的产品质量管理，及时处理与产品质量有关的过程问题，满足顾客要求。
3. 及时处理顾客端抱怨，及时给顾客端反馈，与顾客保持良好的沟通交流。
4. 控制供应商供货产品质量，确保其产品稳定符合要求。
5. 制定产品质量方面的检验可控制文件，并对相关人员进行岗位培训和考核。
6. 收集并汇总质量数据，按照周期汇报并制定改进方案。
8. 其他质量管理工作。
职位要求：
1. 具有大专以上或同等学历机械背景，至少3年以上质量方面工作经验。
2. 熟悉控制计划，PFMEA，PPAP,8D报告，SPC,MSA，GD&T.
3. 有TS16949&ISO14001质量管理体系相关工作经验。
4.有良好的沟通能力，处理客户与各部门之间的相关问题。
5. 良好的英语口头和书写能力。
