1. 管理及发展公司ISO9001质量体系；

2. 建立质量ISO14000体系，全面控制及负责公司质量体系；

3. 维护质量手册、优化程序文件；

4. 拟订部门内部各项质量管理规定，报上级主管审批后严格执行。

5. 根据设计部门及生产部门的需要，对相关的制造标准、作业指导书、及采购规范进行修改并及时发布。

6. 通过督导车间质检员的工作，提升车间不良品控制，最终监督相关单位做出的预防纠正措施并给予改善；

7. 通过督导生产质量主管的工作，提升供应商产品质量，如监督和改善验收流程，发布质量数据报告；

8. 负责监督各项品质记录的搜集、识别、归档、保存与维护、作废作业等流程的执行。

9. 对产品质量状况的相关数据进行统计分析，并协助设计及生产部门提升产品品质。

10. 准备月度品质会议资料并报上级主管审批。

11. 负责协调车间新产品项目的建立、开展，协助客户投诉分析，负责跟踪各项纠正措施；

12. 协助生产部门进行产品工艺评定及相关工艺标准的制定，完成对新产品的应用性能评价；

13. 与设计部、项目部、采购部、生产车间沟通推进生产项目的进度，直至最终项目完成；

Qualification任职资格:

- 5年以上的品质经验，有1-2年机械制造管理经验优先；

- 具有丰富的建立及维护ISO质量体系的工作经验；

-本科及以上学历；

- 充分了解质量体系；

- 须有机械生产的专业知识；

- 具有焊接工业评定的专业知识；

- 有良好的沟通能力，熟练的英语听、说、写能力；

- 可独立的完成工作。

1. Supervising and development of the quality system of ISO9001.
2. ISO14000 establishment. Be general control and responsibility of company quality system.
3. Maintain quality manual and optimize program files.
4. Make quality control regulations for the department, and carry out seriously after get approval from superior.
5. Amend and issue the manufacture standards, SOP and procurement standards according to the needs of the design and production departments.
6. Through conducting the quality inspector’s work to improve the defective products and supervising the relative department to do the preventive and corrective work.
7. Through conducting the manufacturing quality supervisor’s work to improve supplier’s products quality. Like supervising and improvement of inspection process and issue supplier quality report.
8. Be responsibility for supervising running about collecting, identifying, archiving, reserving and maintaining, making void for the quality records.
9. Count and analyze the quality data. Support design and production department to improve the products quality.
10. Prepare the quality meeting document and submitted to superior for approval.
11. Be responsibility to cooperate establishing and developing workshop project of new product. Support customer complaints analysis and trace or supervise the prevention and correction action.
12. Support workshop to make product process evaluation and relative process standard. Push to accomplish new product performance evaluation.
13. Communicate with relative department of design, project, purchasing and workshop to push new product schedule. Achieve the project anticipant goal.


Qualification任职资格:
- Above 5 years experience in a quality, mechanical or manufacturing background with experience in a leadership role (1-2years) is preferred;
- Be with the rich experience about establishing or maintaining ISO quality system.
- A college degree is strongly preferred;
- Solid understanding of quality system;
- Knowledge of mechanical manufacture is required;
- Knowledge of welding qualification evaluation is required;
- Must have good interpersonal skills along with good verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin;
- A self starter who is able to work independently.
