职位描述：
1. Perform whole company’s quality system including setting up/ implement/ improvement and maintenance.
完成整个公司质量体系的建立、实施、改进，维护
2. to the requirement of quality system, responsibility for editing quality documents and others relational job, coaching other department to complete relational job.
根据质量体系的要求负责本部门的质量文件及其它质量工作，并指导其它部门完成相关质量工作
3. Perform quality system and process audit job, ensure system effective continual running, make sure satisfaction of client.
做好质量体系和过程内审工作，确保体系持续有效运行，确保满足顾客的要求。
4. Responsibility for making action plan /follow up and improvement when some disfigurements happened.
在有不符合项发生时，负责落实、跟踪和改进
5. Make QCS based on product specification, and train QC to ensure their understanding and mastering.
根据产品规范编写检验检测指导书，并培训QC 确保他们完全理解和掌握。
6. Participate in trial run, record and track the problems found in trail run, ensure main problems being solved and closed before mass production.
参与小批量试跑， 记录和追踪小批量试跑中发现的问题，确保主要的问题在批量生产前得到落实和关闭。
7. Monitor and check the execution of relative SOP and operation instruction in the production process about company and sub suppliers, ensure the effectiveness of process control.
监督检查公司自身及供应商生产制程中相关作业规范和作业指导的执行情况， 确认过程控制的有效性。
8. Attend the review of non-conformity by MRB according to Non-conforming material control process.
根据《不合格品控制流程》， 参与MRB 对不合格品的评审。
9. Manage the inspection of sample and mass production, ensure the function, appearance and packing of products to meet the clients’ requirements.
管理对样品及批量生产的检测，确保产品的功能，外观及包装符合客户要求。
10. Organize relative departments and suppliers to analyze and study the client claim and RMA thoroughly, and take effective measurements to prevent similar issues, and reply CPR/8D reports timely.
对客诉及RMA 组织相关部门进行彻底的分析和研究，并采取有效措施杜绝类似问题的发生,并及时回复8D 报告。
11. Organize quality improvement project regularly according to the annual designated objectives of products, ensure the quality meet expected target.
根据产品的年度设定目标, 定期组织开展质量提升项目，确保质量达到预期的目标。 举报 分享
