职位描述：
Main Purpose of the Job / Mission:
1. Perform as a member of an application support team
2. Work with SAP systems users to determine appropriate system configuration and setup.
3. Analyze and troubleshoot daily SAP system issues reported by end users.
4. Works together with the global business apps team and local users to define user needs and develop data processing solutions.
5. Work as a local coordinator for IT infrastructure tasks or troubleshoot simple hardware issue.
6. Support IT/business alignment by further research and development
7. Provide local IT support to endusers

Key Tasks:
1. Assist SAP systems users with data conversion.
2. Thoroughly understand SAP database schema.
3. Analyze and troubleshoot daily SAP system issues reported by end users.
4. Assist with testing new releases of SAP systems prior to use in a production environment.
5. Create documentation and procedures guidelines for SAP systems users.
6. Thoroughly understand business practices and procedures in order to design, develop and maintain automated workflow processes.
7. Design, develop and maintain reports used by technical staff and SAP systems users. (This requires thorough understanding of the Click Drag and Drill reporting tool and/or VB/VS Language).
8. Regular attendance at work and at scheduled meetings.
9. Demonstrates cultural competence and behaviors consistent with the core values, vision, and mission
10. Other duties as assigned by manager.

Qualifications & Experience:
1. Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field or related discipline.
2. Minimum 2 years Hands-on experience on SAP support in manufacturing factory
3. Knowledge of MPC/MRP processes, SQL Server database, SQL scripts and Visual Studio development experience will be advantage.
4. Knowledge of Windows Server and workstation operating systems, and networks.
5. Knowledge of ITSM Concepts, IT Helpdesk Solution
5. Structured thinking and good communication skill are required.
6. Exposure to SAP System
7. Bilingual in Mandarin and English
