职位描述：
1.Responsible for the production line of die maintenance, to ensure the normal operation of production die production, reporting the use of spare parts.
2.Responsible for the acceptance of the new mold assembly debugging mode reasonable reform program. Good die maintenance records, maintenance of reasonable suggestions for improvement. 5S in the workshop and machine maintenance.
3.Ensure that the repair process in accordance with the formal operation process operations, the risks involved in preventive maintenance.
4. Properly handle the waste generated during maintenance, are hazardous waste treatment in accordance with relevant legal procedures.
5.Accept the company and management of knowledge about the EHS training required to understand the terms specified in EHS
6.Strict compliance with company-related EHS manuals, procedures and operations of the book requirements, the implementation-related matters.
1.负责各条生产线模具的维护保养，保证生产模具正常运行生产，备品备件的使用汇报。
2.负责对新模具的验收组立调试提出合理改模方案。做好模具维修保养记录，对维修保养提出合理的改进意见。做好车间5S工作及机床的维护和保养。
3.确保维修过程中依照正规操作流程作业，防范维修过程中的风险
4.妥善处理维修过程中产生的废弃物，属于危险废弃物的依照相关程序合法处理
5.接受公司关于EHS方面知识和管理要求的培训，了解公司在EHS方面规定
6.严格遵守公司相关的EHS手册、程序及作业书的要求，落实相关事务 举报 分享
