职位描述：
工作职责：
1.根据产品图纸和三维数模编写CMM测量程序
Programming the CMM program according to the product drawing and 3D data
2.新项目的首样测量，并确定合理的测量方法和量具
Measuring the first product and choose measure method with measuring device for new project
3.分析测量结果帮助项目改进
Base on Measurement result analysis and support the project improve
4.测量系统分析管理
Measurement systems analysis Management
5.负责实验室精密测量设备的维护。
Responsible for measurement equipment maintenance
6.测量制具与检具的开发和认可过程
Fixture/Gauage development and buy off.
7.量产产品的年度尺寸审核及检具的年度校准
Annual production fully dimension check arrangement and annual calibration.

岗位要求：
1.机械专业大专以上学历
Machinery major, a college education
2.精通GD&T形位公差和机械图纸
Be familiar with GD&T and mechanical drawing
3.熟练使用海克斯康METROLOG X4测量软件和Minitab 分析软件
Be familiar with HEXAGON METROLOG X4 measuring software and Minitab software
4.熟练使用通用量具（投影仪，轮廓仪,3D扫描仪，卡尺、千分尺、高度尺 ,等；）
Be familiar with the measuring device （OPG, Profile, 3D Scan, caliper, micrometer height gauge）
5.良好的问题分析和沟通能力及团队合作精神
Good Problem analysis and communication ability, team-work spirit;
6.至少3年的尺寸测量经验.
At least 3 years of working experience in measurement.
7.冲压件测量经验者优先
Rich experience on measurement of stamping parts is priority
8.良好的英语读写能力，有4级英语证书
Able to write and speak in English and have a certificate CET-4 举报 分享
