Scope of the Position: Provide product design direction and release of new and current model exterior lighting products.

Responsibilities:

? Provide feasibility of early studio concepts

? Lead design and release of customer defined exterior lighting products.

? Provide direction to CAD members to assure customer design intent is met and all government regulations are in compliance.

? Launch product at customer assembly plants
? 在客户现场提供支持。
? Develop/drive program deliverables and metrics which include risk assessments, issue documentation, internal communication, customer communication and problem solving.

? Manage and communicate progress and risk.
? 管理和沟通项目进展和存在的风险
? Implement new exterior lighting technologies

Qualifications:
资质：
? B.S. in Engineering
? 工程学士学位
? Solid understanding of manufacturing, engineering and product engineering disciplines and processes.
? 充分了解生产、工程和产品工程学科和过程
? Ability to drive cross-functional teams through development phase to closure.
? 通过培训发展，具备领导跨职能团队的能力
? Strong verbal/written communication and presentation skills
? 较强的中英文口头/书面沟通和表达能力
? Working knowledge of electronics

? Practical working experience of LED technologies.
