**优先
一、仓库部分
1、负责按规范的入库手续做好入库物资的实物点收及收、发单据的录入；
2、凭规范有效的出库单据，做好配发货服务工作；并对出库的单据及时分单、审核；
3、做好仓库物资先进先出工作，防止在库物资超期、呆滞、积压，做好呆滞物料的上报与原因分析；
4、负责库房出入库单据的及时录入、分单与审核；并建立物资进、销、存日报表，确保数据准确性；
5、负责库存物资的配套性管理工作；对超额领用与超量入库予以控制与把关，并做好缺料等预警警报工作。
6、工作积极、认真、仔细，吃苦耐劳；
7、领导交办的其它工作
二、前台
1.负责前台接待；
2.负责接听企业总机转接相关人员；
3.快递收发登记；
