职位描述

SCOPE

Be responsible for overall HR management and administration of North Asia United CRM Technologies (Beijing) Limited and Beijing Interactive CRM Limited (collectively referred as "Telepeformance China") which includes HR systems and processes, recruitment, organization development, C&B, Management training, organization development, team and company culture building, that keep Telepeformance competitive.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Develop and Implement HR system for Teleperformance China which include C&B processes, performance tracking system, rewarding scheme, management training, hiring process and government registration process.


2. Develop and implement HR processes, procedures and policies to support the company.


3. Develop and implement HR capital program to maximize employee satisfaction and hence to reduce attrition.


4. Develop and implement employee development program including corporate and management training strategy.


5. Develop and administrate performance management program.


6. Develop and administrate C&B programs to enable company's competitive.


7. Develop and manage employee personal files system.


8. Manage the day to day operation of the HR process for the company to ensure the company is in compliance to labor code.


9. Support departmental managers to implement the HR systems


10.. Overall administrate the C&B program to ensure that a balance organization can be maintained within the company.


11. Manage the HR department and coordinate with Finance to ensure that payroll/benefits can be delivered to all employees in time


12. Manage the overall headcount of the company to ensure budget is met


13. Develop multi-recruitment channels to meet company HR requirement including apprenticeship program with colleges.


14. Develop and implement employee acquisition processes.
