Maintenance Engineer in Method Dept.

Job Description:
1.Implement the FMEA and TPM to the non-standard automatic machines and new process introduction in the plant under Methods manager and industrial director management
2.Complete preventive maintenance procedure according to actual status of equipments
3.Prepare preventive maintenance documents and planning to be implemented for main equipments
4.Make detailed (content, cycle, resource, cost and method) preventive maintenance plan and correlative form state & analyze correlative data according to the minutes
5.Identify and develop standards for equipment repairing, set up and standard operation procedure
6.Responsible for plan and schedule maintenance projects & new additional projects
7.Define& manage spare parts with necessary safety stock level, ensure daily maintenance can take smoothly
8.Study and define key consumable spare part life cycle, create replace planning & schedule and recording it, optimization maintenance expenses
9.Assisting IE to make specification of new equipments when purchasing, new equipment review (maintenance point of view) for standardization spares parts
10.Assisting Methods manager to manage and guide various kinds of equipments maintenance and mandatory checking& inspection
11.Assisting Methods manager to control external service contractor, ensuring their operation and behavior to be in compliance with the requirements of company and national standards
12.Prepare improvement plan according to current situation and management decision
13.Set up and complete MTBF, MTTR and improve them
14.Provide training to the production technicians
15.Other tasks assigned by Methods manager
工作描述：
1.在方法部经理和工业总监的管理下，对厂内非标组装机器及新引入加工工艺生产线进行FMEA分析并实施TPM管理
2.编写机器设备的预防保养程序，并根据实际的情况进行修改维护
3.准备相关机器设备的预防保养文件，并安排计划实施
4.制作相关的预防保养计划（预防保养内容，周期，资源，成本和方法）和根据时间制作相关的分析表格
5.定义和改善机器设备的维修，建立和操作规范
6.负责维修项目和辅助维修项目的计划和安排
7.定义和管理机器备件的安全库存数目，以确保日常维护可以顺利进行
8.研究和定义主要消耗备件的生命周期，建立更新计划和程序，并记录，以使维修费用达到最佳使用状态
9.协助IE对新采购的机器设备制作详细规格介绍说明，以便备件的规范化
10.协助方法部经理监督管理机器设备的维护保养和一些强制性的检查
11.协助方法部经理管理外协供应商，确保他们的操作和行为符合我们公司和国家的相关标准
12.根据现实状况和管理决策，进行改善计划
13.建立完善MTBF和MTTR，并根据现实状况和管理决策进行改善计划
14.对生产技术员进行相关的培训
15.由方法部经理指派的其他任务

Job Requirement:
1.University degree in mechanical / mechatronic / automatic mechanical engineering or related
2.Be familiar with the maintenance method and preventive maintenance
3.Min. 5-7 years experience in an industrial factory;
4.Knowledge of TPM and FMEA;
5.Be proficient with PLC, mechanical drive systems, hydraulic systems, pneumatic system; equipment status monitor, lubrication, machine parts and tools;
6.Strong PC skills in Microsoft office, Project Management and AutoCAD;
7.Good English communication skill.
职位要求：
1.机械、机电一体化，机械自动化或相关专业的大学本科及以上学历
2.熟悉维修维护方法和预防维护
3.在生产性工厂至少有5-7年的工作经验
4.具备TPM和FMEA相关知识
5.对PLC，机械传动系统，液压系统，气动系统，设备状态显示屏，润滑系统，机器部件和工具精通
6.办公软件，项目管理和AutoCAD技能熟练
7.很好的英语沟通能力
