Technical & Quality Manager

ACTIVITIES
- Manage ELG all products’ formulations optimization to improve product performance and decrease cost.
- Keep good relationship with local raw materials suppliers to obtain technical support and information.
- Lead laboratory team in the plant with group specification of all products and pay periodic visit to the laboratory to supervise and control quality process.
- Organize periodic technical training to introduce the new products and technical strengthen.
- Cooperatively manage a Technical Service & Training team to provide technical supports on important automotive and industrial projects.
- Collect technical development information and competitor technical trend.
- Monitor and improve product performance to meet market requirement.
- Monitor inspection and testing activities to ensure continuous quality control over materials, facilities, and products.
- Evaluate the suppliers of packing items according to ISO TS16949; identify and provide the specifications of the packing materials;
- Supervise designing the new package and checking of labels;
- Cooperate with the headquarter on the creation and maintenance of material master data; coordinate internally about the process flow of each material in SAP system and manage SAP BOM setting up plan.

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in chemical or mechanical.
2. Good knowledge and experience of lubricants (chemical and mechanical) and lubricants product and quality control experience is a plus
3. At least 6 years relevant experience as a management role
4. Fluent in Mandarin and English and good PC skills
5. Strong interpersonal and communication skill, good team-work spirit and team management skills.
6. Ability to effectively analyses and solve problem.
7. Willing to travel where required
