Accountabilities
岗位职责
*Develop appropriate distributor network processes for the network coverage, capability improvement
发展适当的分销网络覆盖销售区域，提升销售业绩
*Provide sales teams with effective tools as well as assistance in distributor network building
为销售团队提供有效的工具以及协助经销商建设销售团队
* Manage the team to effectively implement the management’s marketing strategies, plans and projects
管理团队有效地实施市场营销战略，计划和项目
*Shared responsibility in sales volume, GMVC.
分担销量及GMVC
*Responsible for key account Renault business results
负责大客户雷诺的业务

Qualifications
任职条件
*University degree in Engineering, Trading or Business Administration field
本科学历，工程，贸易或工商管理等相关专业
*At least 5 years’ experience in network development in multinational company
5年以上跨国公司销售网络发展经验
*Management experience is a plus
有管理经验为佳
*Fluent in Mandarin and English and good PC skills
普通话及英语流利，良好的电脑技能
*Able to motivate and empower subordinates
善于激励下属
*Good people management skills and teamwork sense
良好的人员管理及团队管理技能
