职位描述：
岗位职责
1.在西厨厨师长的领导下，按菜式规定，烹制各种菜式，保证出品质量。
2.按西厨厨师长厨分工，完成大型宴会、酒会的菜品制作任务。

岗位要求
1.初中以上文化程度，或相关专业毕业。
2.熟悉饮食的工作规范和要求，掌握配菜的各种操作技术的质量要求。
3.3年以上同岗位工作经验
4.能按工作规范和质量标准要求独立进行工作，并有相应的技术等级。
5.一定的文字语言表达能力。
