职位描述：
Main Responsibilities/Accountabilities
1. Interface between Sales team/customers and factory;
2. Manage and improve daily die receipts, inputs and expedient outbound shipping;
3. Review customer daily status, production, quality and logistic related issues, good skill to solve the problems by working with related department/personnel;
4. May work with sales, manufacturing, finance and field support department personnel to resolve standard to complex billing or product and pricing information;
5. Establish and maintain specific customer database;
6. Establish and negotiate reporting structure with customer;
7. Provide daily, weekly, monthly report to customer in an accurate manner;
