职位描述：
Job Description：
1. To ensure smooth daily operation of the quality engineering section by planning and directing work activities for a team of Quality Engineers and QE Aids.
2. To ensure that customer complaints are handled based on the relevant procedure/specification and 8D reports are sent to the customers within the specified cycle time.
3. To monitor quality trend and lead/participate in product quality improvement activities.
4. To work with Manufacturing, PE and related parties to drive for killer defect rate reduction.
5. To perform Fault Simulation to increase awareness of operation group and check for procedure compliance on the line.
6. To review and approve PPAP, qualification reports and relevant manufacturing/QA procedures/specifications.
7. To develop performance indices to track the performance within QE section.
8. To monitor performance/projects and develop/ implement plans to meet the quarterly goals and objectives of QE section.
9. To provide leadership and serve as a role model within the QE section.
10. To ensure that non-conforming materials are properly contained and disposition and corrective/preventive actions are taken.
11. To ensure that company’s disciplinary policies, rules and regulations are strictly complied within the QE section.
12. Perform any other duties as assigned.
13. Supervise and monitor data collection, processing and analysis of data collected in SPC system.
14. Preparation of individual process specification for data entry, editing, validating and analysis.
15. Maintain a smooth and accurate data processing operation for all operations in SPC system.
16. Preparation of monthly CPK report and participate in SPC group meeting.
17. Able to demonstrate statistical knowledge and communicate clearly on goal/objective.
18. Able to identify areas and opportunities of improvement through PCSD system.

1. Previous experience in semiconductor engineering.
2. Familiar with quality control tools.
3. Familiar in assy/test process.
4. Good team player, able to work interdependently with others.
5. Ability to work under pressure.
6. Strong problem solving skill; strong ability on data analysis.
7. Good communication skill in Chinese and English.
8. Good English presentation skill and experience.
9. MS office.
10. Able to demonstrate statistic skill and provide require support.
11. Demonstrate the capability to designing experiments to improve the quality for existing and new products.
