由于公司发展需要，现需招聘一名农场负责人，直属公司总经理管理。
工作地点：嵩明龙院村树莓基地
年龄：35-45， 在农业行业有丰富的工作经验

岗位描述：

1、管理农场员工
2、组织工人进行日常生产
3、安排育苗，种植，水肥等工作
4、安排采摘，发货，库存以及财务等工作
岗位要求：

1、能吃苦耐劳，愿意在基地生活和工作
2、具备较强的组织、沟通、协调能力和较强的责任心
3、能用英文交流的优先考虑

基地提供免费住宿，待遇根据工作经验5000-10000之间（工资+年终奖）。
能够用英语进行日常的对话交流最好，但不是必要条件。

Job Description:

1.To manage the employees in the farm
2. Organize the workers daily work
3.Arrange the plantation, irrigation and fertilizer.
4.Arrange the harvesting, delivery, stock and accounting.

Job Requirement:

1. Likes working and living in the countryside.
2. Have strong sense of responsibility and strong organizational, communication and coordination skills.
3.Ability of communicating in English is advantage.
