Position Summary:
职位概述
To ensure that product and process quality aspects for the site are fulfilled. To embed a Quality mindset in the organization.确保产品和过程质量符合要求，提高公司内部的质量意识
Position Responsibilities:
岗位职责
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
1. To manage the quality related activities in support of plant’s objectives and the site wide quality department objectives. 管理质量工作达成质量相关目标
2. Ensuring that the plant product quality is continually improving towards the ‘zero defects’ target 围绕零缺陷目标，持续改善产品质量
3. Works with other departments to ensure that appropriate product quality standards are met and maintained and improved. 协同相关部门制定、维护和改进产品质量标准
4. Ensure the quality needs are met through such techniques as data collection / analysis, benchmarking, auditing. 对质量数据进行整理/分析，对比和审核，确保达成质量要求
5. Also helps resolve product, process and systems problems by the used of formalised problem solving techniques. 协助解决产品、制程和系统的相关质量问题
6. Work with other departments, assist in the implementation of continuous improvement teams. 与相关部门合作，推动持续改善工作
7. Responsible for pushing safety/ security issues improvement and safety direction/ supervision in quality team and quality working area.负责推动质量部门的安全问题改善和安全管理

 Experience and Skills Required:
经验和技能要求
1. Bachelor degree or above本科学历以上;
2. Above 8 years Quality management experience in Mechanical industry, include 3+ years experience in Manager level至少8年的机械行业质量管理经验，3年以上管理职位相关经验;
3. Excellent problem solving skills极强的问题解决技巧;
4. Accountability and teamwork spirits高度工作责任感和团队合作意识
5. Be familiar with SPC, FMEA, APQP熟练掌握质量管理有关知识与工具（例如： SPC, FMEA, APQP 等） 举报 分享
