职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、负责客服部团队组建与日常管理；
2、结合销售时实情况制定客户部战略规划；
3、带领客服团队，完成月度、季度以及年度业务目标；
4、负责客服部员工的招聘，培训、考核等工作的顺利开展；
5、协助上级制定与完善客户服务部管理制度，规范和完善岗位职责，优化客户服务流程；
6、及时掌握客户情况跟进结果，协助客服部完成大客户续费工作和合同签定事宜；
7、维护良好的客情关系。

任职要求：
1、全日制大专以上学历，电子商务专业优先。
2、有较强的执行力，良好的管理能力、沟通能力；
3、有较强的组织能力和高度的工作责任感，能够协助上级领导，对于业务工作进行指导、监督、管理，并执行各项规程、工作指令。
4、从事360、百度等互联网行业销售或客服管理工作3年以上工作经验优先；
