职位描述：
The role of ELCs(English Learning Consultant) seems quite similar with the role of English teachers, however, we do not simply consider the job as “A teaching robot”, but a mentor of learning. In order to fit the job better, you should be able to:
1. Work hard and be very passionate about the career and discipline.
2. Teach your students properly and make plans on the behalf of students.
3. Provide efficient consulting to client and explain the curriculum properly.
4. Give feedbacks and supports to your students when needed.
5. Do the teaching research independently with your own knowledge.
6. Assist superior for routine works in the office.
We would like you to be
1. Graduated with a Bachelor degree
2. Excellent in using English, enrolled a certification as TEM8/CET6 or equivalent.
3. Effective in communication and willingly to take responsibilities in need.
4. Great self-motivated in learning and able to undertake huge work pressure.
5. A team-player and able to sacrifice your own benefits when it conflicts with the team’s.
You will benefit from:
1. An annual salary no less than 100,000 in the first year.
2. Insurance which are prescribed in the Labor Law.
3. 7 days of holiday after the first year of work (the probation period is included into the first year)
4. Professional training in teaching methods, management, finance and marketing.
