岗位职责
1、熟悉编制施工图预算、工程量清单及拦标价；
2、熟悉审核竣工结算；
3、熟悉参与材料、设备询价，对材料单价审核把关；
4、熟悉审核工程进度拨款，掌握施工现场进展情况，发现问题；

任职资格
1、工程造价及工程相关专业大专及以上学历；
2、持有全国造价员证；
3、熟悉使用云南省建筑工程定额，熟悉清单计价规范；
4、熟练运用广联达、鲁班算量软件；
5、有扎实的专业知识基础；
6、爱岗、敬业，具有良好的职业道德；

1、具备良好职业素质（职业道德和职业技能）；
2、普通话标准，热爱教学工作，性格开朗、有耐心、能与学员很好的沟通交流；
3、工作认真、负责、细致，教学能力、风格出色；
4、建筑工程、造价相关专业专科及以上学历，从事相关专业3年以上，熟悉土建造价所需的理论知识及技能，能够熟练、独立手工算量，使用广联达图形算量、钢筋算量、套用定额等；
