职位描述：
1、负责接待到访家长和学员；
2、监督校区员工严格执行人事考勤制度，按照公司制度和流程为校区员工办理请假、调休、加班等手续；
3、负责课程表的录入、更新和核对，以保证信息的准确，同时上报相关责任人；
4、负责校区日常紧急办公用品的采购和发，校区设备、设备、办公用品损坏后的维修处理工作；
5、监督校区员工做好校区的环境美化工作，以提升校区整体形象；
6、负责统计校区员工或外教的派车需求，并将派车信息定时反馈至总部行政助理，并跟进派车进度；
7、负责给外教、家长和学员提供临时性服务；
8、负责完成上级领导指定的临时性工作。

任职要求：
1、身高1.65M，形象气质佳，具有良好的英文听、说、读、写能力，能独立与外国人交流；
2、具有亲和力、极强的执行力、判断能力、分析能力和计划能力；
3、熟悉财务知识，有强烈的成本控制观念；
4、心思细腻，沟通协调能力强，具有良好的服务意识。
