Routine:
-Implement customer projects,coordinate and communicate effectively with respective parties; monitor KPI and take appropriate actions
-Handle and follow up shipment booking in an effective way and get shipment instruction from business partners
-On-time capturing shipment information into system on timely and accurate manner
-Manage and monitor shipment live cycle arranged as per shipment instruction
-Problem solving when receiving customer complaints
-Prepare customer KPI report and review performance with business partners
-Work closely with operations team and documentation team to ensure deliverables met with customer expectations
-Prepare and provide quotation to customers for local rate enquiries

Working Relationships:
Internal:Traffic customer services team, operations teams, documentation teams
External: Customers,Sales,Product Management and overseas partners

Job Requirements:
-Higher diploma holder or above in Logistics,Business or related discipline
-Minimum 1 years relevant customer services experience in freight forwarder or shipping lines field
-Good in PC operations e.g. MS office application
