Requirements:

· All confirmed executives in Maybank Group who are currently in at Grade 50 with at least minimum 3 years of continuous service with the Bank and minimum two (2) years in current role.

· Candidate possess at least Bachelor degree or above in Finance, Economics or Law.

· Minimum 2-3 years working experiences engaged in banking credit administration department.

· Sufficient knowledge of PRC law is preferred.

Key Competencies:

· English & Mandarin, fluent in both speaking & writing.

· Proficiency with MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint.

· Ability to work independently with initiative and self-motivated.

Job Responsibilities:

• Initial check of each facility document. Closely work with panel solicitor and/or Branch Compliance to keep in line with local regulatory and internal policies/regulations.
• Initial check of each loan disburse / repayment document. Closely work with panel solicitor and/or Branch Compliance to keep in line with local regulatory and internal policies/regulations.
• Initial make of each internal and external report to keep in line with report guidelines. Set up / review the risk manual. Liaise with other departments and relevant regulatory bodies from time to time.
• Safe-keeping of all security documents, e.g. L/O, Board Resolution, Guarantee Agreement etc. to keep in line with local regulatory and internal policies/regulations. Monitoring the expiry date of collateral and work closely with CC&CB for security extension, i.e. timely registration renewal/extension of collateral/guarantee.
• Closely monitor all covenants/terms imposed on borrower & diarize to ensure all required actions are taken timely.
• Closely monitoring and managing of Special Mention and NPL accounts. Ensure follow up have been carried out to keep in line with local regulatory and internal policies. Manage loan portfolio closely with CC&CB and/or TB with the view of ensuring loan quality and avoid deterioration in loan conduct leading to classification of account.
• Per internal/external policy & regulation, assist CAD head to regularly review & update concerning procedures.
