一、Purpose of the Job
Be responsible for centralizing transportation to well support the operation and wholesalers
Be accountable for daily management of transportation to improve the KPI performance
Track, monitor and control transportation cost
二、Accountabilities
1. Responsible for transportation planning and execution
2. Properly tracking the transportation activities and provide visibility
Allocate resources and movements on the transport planning system (SMP)
4. Collaborate with other functions to formulate and implement policies, procedures, goals, and objectives.
5. Communicate effectively with clients and responding to their requirements on time
6. Monitor transportation KPIs and find solution to improve overall performance
7. Mange sub-contractors and ensure they deliver within agreed terms
8. Help purchasing to negotiate terms on transportation during the bidding process
三、Qualifications and Technical competencies required
Education
Bachelor or above degree
Experience
- 5 years in FMCG industry
- 3 years in logistic area
- At least 2 years at manager level
Technical competencies (Job related)
- Big vision and strategic thinking
- Analysis skill and data based decision making
- Good Leadership
-Good Communication and people development skill
- Result oriented
- Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese is better
