Responsibilities:
1. Assist Commercial Director to develop and implement the sales strategies and annual regional sales plan, collect and analyze the marketing and competition information for decision making;
2. Develop new customers, keep & develop existing customers and business, grow up new business opportunities from both the existing and potential customers;
3. keep close contact with the customers & provide quality service to them;
4. Manage and control the sales activities;
5. Contributing to new product ideas and development;

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above or equivalent experience required;
2. Minimum 3 years’ relevant work experience;
3. Strong sales ability;
4. Good presentation skills, good listening skills, and good negotiation skills;
5. Honest, open-minded, responsible, independent and integrity;
6. Good command of English, fluent in English speaking, listening and writing.

    昆明方德波尔格玫瑰花卉有限公司是一家荷兰独资企业，于2007年投资建成在中国的种植基地（位于云南省昆明市宜良县狗街镇马军村）。我们是一家国际性的花卉公司，在中国是鲜花种植的标杆企业，其种植基地除中国以外还遍及荷兰和肯尼亚。在全世界拥有20000多名员工。方德波尔格专注于向客户供应高品质的玫瑰，红掌，郁金香，朱顶红，姜荷花等鲜切花；以及红掌，长寿花和白掌等盆花。目前我们拥有20公顷的花卉种植面积，并致力于在接下来的5年内递增至60公顷。在中国，目前公司年产玫瑰3000万枝，红掌300万枝，盆花80万盆。我们的鲜花同样出口日本、韩国、泰国和澳大利亚。我们的目标是为人们提供品质***，品种更多的鲜花。
