Responsibilities:
? Develop and operate the business unit of Fair, Events and Special Products in Guangzhou.
? Deal with customers, contractors, co-loaders/ carriers on a day-to-day basis and assist head of department to monitor the performance of the contractors, co-loaders/ carriers
? Communicate and liaise with overseas offices / agents and attend to all related issues, customer requests and inquiries.
? Handle any complaints from customers / organizers when needed
? Handle all aspects of sales & marketing with direct contact with customers
? Ensure all RFQ (request for quotation), bids and tenders properly handled.
? Perform any special duties/ projects as assigned by the management

Requirements:
? F.5 or above
? Minimum 4 years experience in freight forwarding, preferably in Fairs & Events
? knowledge on hotel & wine logistics are preferable
? Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal and social skills
? Good command in spoken Mandarin and English
? Computer literate. Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel and Powerpoint
