GENERAL OVERVIEW:
Managing the pre-shipment inspection planning and reporting process, including supplier inspection bookings, coordinationof inspection schedule with suppliers and internal members; analyzing quality data for the purpose of quality communication & improvement; supporting web-based system SQM.
PRIMARY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Inspection scheduling and coordination
? Inspection scheduling and coordination
? According to quality management’s direction to make quality analysis reports to support quality strategy and monitor the KPIs;
? Working with IT team to maintain web based SQM and support APAC internal users and APAC suppliers using SQM smoothly
? Supporting supplier inspection chargeback process, to prepare reports;
? Managing technical quality files and other dept office administrative affairs
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS Required:
? At least college level;
? CET 6 or above
? Majored in Computer, Database, Computer Information Management or Quality Management is preferred.
? 2 years above worked as coordinator and data analysis job.
? more than 2 years Worked as a quality analyst or assistant in quality dept is preferred.
SKILLS/COMPETENCIES Required:
? Good English expression in speaking and writing;.
? Proficient at Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, skillful in Excel formulae to deal with complex data analysis;
? Good communication skills with people from different backgrounds.
? Understanding Management Information System development concepts.
