职位描述
Responsibilities:
? Responsible for orders tracing from collecting the order quantity till orders closed. Traces orders about quantity, shipment, arrival date, receives the goods and claims in case of any damage or shortage
? Primary owner of the forecasting tool and will facilitate the Demand Planning Meeting in a team based culture. The Demand Planner will support the Supply Chain Manager by preparing forecasting metrics and reports for the S&OP process.
? Participates in supply meetings with a focus on upcoming supply changes, supply pinch points or excess supply that will impact demand.
? Partners with the commercial teams to manage customer demand for products at the customer/product (family, product, sku) level over the long term. Documents all assumptions used to make changes
? Communicates the latest forecast and actual demand to Sales and Marketing. Produces and distributes weekly and monthly demand management performance metrics used for continuous improvement of the supply management process
Requirements:
? Bacholer degree
? 3-5 years working experience in multinational company is preferred
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group. Fluent in English.
? SAP system knowledge is value-added.
? Be able to work under pressure.
