工作职责：
1) 利用财务核算与会计管理原理为公司经营决策提供依据，协助总经理制定公司战略，对公司财务、报表、资金等进行全面具体管理；
2) 健全公司的财务管理体系，协调解决公司内外财务、税务等问题；
3) 负责部门岗位设置、人员管理工作，以优化的流程开展工作；
4) 负责财税外包服务项目管理；
5) 完成与客户高端的访谈工作；
6) 维护客户关系，并且主动尝试给公司带来新的项目机会；
7) 协调公司同银行、工商、税务等政府部门的关系，充分利用国家优惠政策，制定并管理公司税务方案与程序，维护公司利益；
8) 公司临时交办的其他工作事项。

任职资格：
1) 会计、财务管理相关专业，硕士学位 ；
2) 有十年以上财务和资本运作经验 , 熟悉财务管理、预算规划和风险控制的原则，其中不少于五年会计师事务所或相关外资企业任职经历；
3) 熟悉IFRS/US GAAP，四大背景优先；
4) 熟悉海外上市公司资本运作 , 熟悉华尔街，熟悉美国会计准则，与各种投资机构和财务咨询机构有良好的关系；
5) 良好的人际沟通、协调、计划及执行能力，良好的团队领导能力和工作热情；
6) 良好的中英文表达能力，英语阅读、书写、交流无障碍；
7) 具有良好的职业道德，思维紧密，思路清楚，责任感强。

Finance Director－International Outsourcing Services: one person
Job Responsibilities:
1) Provide the basis for decision-making of enterprises by using financial and accounting management principles; assist general manager to establish corporate strategies, and conduct comprehensive and specific management of financial affairs, statements, funds, etc.;
2) Improve corporate financial management system, coordinate to solve the internal and/or external finance and tax issues;
3) Responsible for the department’s arrangement of job positions, personnel management in order to optimize the process of work;
4) Responsible for project management of the outsourcing services of finance and tax;
5) Complete interviews with high-end clients;
6) Maintain client relationships, and be initiative to bring new project opportunities to the company;
7) Coordinate with Banks, Bureau of Industrial and Commercial, Tax Bureau and other government agencies, take full advantage of the preferential policies of the State, formulate and manage corporate tax planning and program, and protect the benefit of company;
8) Other issues assigned by company.

Requirements and Qualification:
1) Finance/accounting or relative master degree;
2) Minimum 10 years working experience in finance and capital operation; familiar with finance management, budget planning and risk control principles, within which, minimum 5 years working experience in accounting firms or related foreign-funded enterprises;
3) Familiar with IFRS/US GAAP, Experience in the Big Four Accounting Firms is preferred;
4) Familiar with capital operation of overseas listed companies, familiar with accounting standards of Wall Street and U.S, and have excellent relationships with various kinds of investment institutions and financial consulting firms;
5) Excellent abilities for interpersonal communication, coordination, planning and execution, good team leadership skills and enthusiastic at work;
6) Good presentation abilities in both Mandarin and English (oral and written ); Freely in communication in English in reading and writing;
7) Have a good working ethic, think closely and clearly, and have a strong sense of responsibilities.
