职责:
● 负责建立组织、分配员工工作范围及任务
● 负责生产设施、设备的维护和维修
● 协调本部门内部人力和物力的资源，促进工作效率，确保生产按计划实施
● 检查工作进度，控制维修成本
工作描述:
*组织维修人员对工厂所有生产设备和设施进行维修保养
● 制定维修项目计划及预算、拟定维修方案、确定维修方法及程序等，以期达到部门目标
● 挑选维修技术员，了解维修技术员，与维修人员沟通并与维修人员共同工作
● 确保机器使用的可靠性，优先处理以下机器：能源设施（空压机、循环水、冷冻水等）冲床、热处理、注塑机
● 关注危险设备的安全系统及维修的工种状况
● 组织对重大设备问题的调查处理，并制定有效的防范措施
● 组织新设备的安装及验收，依据SM409-2-4和SM409-2-3执行设备资料整理及安排填写设备验收报告
● 按计划组织对设备进行保养及大修
● 组织维修技术员与相关部门的合作
● 协助维修经理寻找合适的外协商
● 维持纪律，处理员工怨言，评价员工表现
● 纠正错误，衡量工作成绩，向管理者反映工作上的困难
● 督促并检查生产部门对设备的一级保养

● 对苏州马培德的施工项目提供能源及技术支持（水、电等）
● 检查新项目与原有水、电、消防等连接是否合理及安全
● 检查新项目水、电、气、消防等是否安全达标
培训及管理
● 向维修经理汇报维修人员中需要接受培训的员工
● 安排分配任务以高效率地完成工作
● 每月进行维修人员评估
● 为维修人员制定周计划和工作安排
● 把TPM管理输入生产车间
Position: Deputy Maintenance Manager
Department: Maintenance
Report to: Maintenance Manager
Responsibility:
● Take charge of establish maintenance team organization, assign maintenance technicians job area and target
● Arrange manpower and material of maintenance department and promote maintenance technicians’ efficiencies insure production can fulfill under planning.
● Check maintenance schedule and reduce maintenance cost
Job Description:
● Organize maintenance technicians to maintenance and repair of the equipments and establishment for whole company
● Draft maintenance project planning& budget, study out maintenance solution, decide maintenance method and programmed etc to realization of department target
● Select maintenance technicians, discern maintenance technicians, communicate with maintenance supervisors and work with them together
● To assure the reliability of the equipments, gives priority to the following equipments: heat treatment, stamping and injection machines
● Care for checking safety system for dangerous equipments and dangerous work condition
● Organize and analyze the cause of equipments accidents, improve equipments and strengthen safety system
● Organize the new equipments installation and carry out records of Machine Resume & Check and Accept Report
● Follow planning to carry out maintenance and repair to assist equipments & establishment and fire system
● Organize maintenance technicians assist interrelated department deal with troubles about equipments
● Assist maintenance manager to search the appropriate subcontract supplier
● Maintain discipline, deal with maintenance staffs complain, evaluate maintenance staffs work ability
● Rectify wrong, report the trouble and success to maintenance manager
● Check and push production make preventive maintenance for all equipments
● To make weekly work plan and work schedule for the maintenance teams
● To implement TPM MTTR, MTBF, Maintenance plan with large scale of machines
Job Requirements:
● Male / female
● Mechanical, Electric or Industrial Engineer background with over 10 years’ experience in similar job.
● Experience in intensive and high automatic machines (Plastic, automobile, food) is mandatory
● Successful implementation of maintenance tools such as MTBF, FMEA is necessary
● Positive and constant Kaizen spirit with diplomatic management
● Creative to keep on proposing ideas to bring cost saving
● Experience in foreign company is a must
● Fluent in English and Chinese are mandatory
