Main responsibilities
1.Responsible for department revenue target, in-line with company annual financial target.
2.Responsible for management of event sales team, including designating of duties for respective staff, supervising daily work and monitoring progress.
3.Responsible for new market development, focusing on business conferences, exhibition and company incentive activities.
4.Responsible for planning and coordinating of event requirements
5.Establish and maintain effective communication with other departments, ensuring organizational capacity and reception quality.
6.Responsible for developing new event program to be launched in the market.
7.Responsible for maintaining contacts and database of all event activities.

Competencies required
?Familiar with golf and hotel industry
?Professional working behavior
?Able to meet deadlines and work under pressure
?Able to work independently with no or minimal supervision
?Able to work long hours and over Weekends and Public Holiday

Qualification and experience required
Minimum 3 years experience in related fields.
Minimum degree holders
Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office, Opera etc)
