Responsibilities:

Order Processing including communication with suppliers and customers
PO and logistics arrangements
Banking document
Import / Export declaration
Coordinate with warehouse/3PL on deliveries
Collect data from markets, do data scrub, data analysis and consolidation in demand planning
Provide data analysis on forecasting and inventory level
Maintain and monitor updated database for pricing
Handle customer inquiries and complaints
Prepare weekly sales report
Support product development
Able to communicate clearly with key vendor and communicate well with internal departments

Requirements:

University graduate
Good command of Chinese Mandarin, English
Excellent coordination and communication skills
Good command of word & excel
Attention to detail a must
Movex and SAP knowledge and experience are required
Preferable to have experience in order processing, demand planning and logistics workflow
Experience in import / export declaration
