Job Purpose
Sells technical products to international customers in the sugar industry in South East Asia region
Job Description - International Sales Manager
Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing international sales and marketing strategies;analyzing trends and results agreed with the General Manager
Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for SEA region agreed with the General Manager; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products from the German headquarter
Implements international sales programs by developing field sales action plans
Maintains sales volume and selling price by keeping current together with the General Manager with local supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and local and international competitors
Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring together with the General Manager costs, competition, and supply and demand
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops;reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Job Requirement
Bachelor degree or above, preferably in engineering
At least 3-5 years work experience in machinery industry (e.g. sales, marketing)
Good English both in oral and written, German is a plus
Strong network capabilities within the Chinese sugar industry is a plus
Experience in building relationships
Used to work in an international environment
Sales skills such as negotiation, selling, conclude contracts
Team working spirit and clear communication
Business travels within China and abroad are required
Management skills such as marketing concepts, territory management, sales planning, competitive analysis
