根据服务协议，为客户提供人事外包服务：

-做好客户员工各类资料的收集、审核，及录用手续、合同签订、社保办理等各项服务；

-做好客户需求跟进，及时反馈录用和社保等办理进程，直至完成；

-负责解答客户人事方面的政策问题，特殊及重要问题在与团队沟通协商一致后提供解决方案；

-做好跨团队/部门的协调。

任职要求：
-大专学历，有2年人事实务工作经验；
-熟悉员工录用、社保的操作流程及昆明当地的劳动人事法规；
-有亲和力，服务意识和沟通协调能力突出；

-能独立工作，有良好的职业道德，讲原则，能保守企业人事机密。
