职位描述：
1、负责组内服务团队的日常管理
2、负责人员的招聘与培训
3、负责客户的分配和管理
4、负责根据业务发展，不断总结经验并向公司提出建设性意见
5、负责定期的客户拜访工作，积极了解客户反馈意见及需求，及时发现服务中的潜在问题并予以解决
6、负责派遣机构协调、政策复核、日常管理
7、负责派遣员工审计问题的后续处理跟进
8、负责处理组内服务团队应急突发事件处理及向上层领导汇报处理情况
9、协助员工进行职业发展规划
10、完成上级布置的其他工作

任职要求：
1、大专及大专以上学历；
2、从事人力资源工作3年以上，熟悉国家劳动人事政策、法规；熟悉昆明当地社保政策、流程；
3、具备一定的团队管理协调能力。
