1、全面负责各项目的营销工作；
2、负责制定、落实、考核各项目销售计划、销售指标等；
3、全面负责各项目的预算与成本控制；
4、负责协调与各项目甲方的工作配合；
5、全面负责各级销售岗位人员的招聘、培训、考核、晋级、奖惩等；
6、全面负责部门内各类制度的建立与完善；
7、负责合作业务接洽、竞标提案等；
8、全面负责与各办事处的协调管理；
任职要求:
1、专科及以上学历，年龄：33-40岁；
2、具有8年以上项目营销工作经验，5年以上营销总监岗位经验；
3、具有丰富的商业、住宅及公建产品营销实战经验，善于带领团队创造优秀业绩；
4、具有5年以上电子仪器仪表销售经验，与房地产商有较强的合作经验；
5、具有较强的纪律性、组织协调能力出众，抗压能力强；
6、认真负责，具有很强的责任心和使命感；
7、能阶段性驻场工作或经常性国内出差；
