职位描述
岗位职责
1.落实酒店水疗总经理分派的各项工作任务。
2.审定酒店水疗财务计划、管理制度和工作程序，落实岗位责任制。
3.参与酒店水疗重要经济问题的分析和决策，参加酒店水疗主要经济合同的谈判、签署，并监督执行。
4.控制、监督酒店水疗的收入、成本和费用，协助建立并督导实施成本和费用控制和各项制度。
5.审查施工合同，监督施工过程中各项资金的使用，确保各投资项目的资金合理使用。
6.审核酒店水疗各类物资采购供应计划。
7.深入酒店水疗各部门，检查工作情况，发现问题及时督办。
岗位要求
1、大专以上学历，营销、法律及相关专业。
2、2年以上同等职位工作经验，有销售经验者优先。
3、良好个人品质和职业道德，严格遵守有关法律、法规和规章。
4、良好的沟通技巧，较强的语言表达能力和灵活的处事能力。
5、良好的沟通、组织、协调能力，能独立协调对内对外各种关系。

It is located at intersection of Guannan Avenue and Guangfu Road，next to the banks of Dianchi Lake. The hotel stands 52 acres of land with construction of 45000 square meters. It is only 30 minutes far from the airport, 15 minutes to the train station and 10 minutes to bus station with very convenient transportation. Hotel is built in Southeast Asian style, with facilities of Sunshine Spa, Lee Spa, Tianhe functional Hall, Western restaurant, Chinese restaurant, meeting rooms, swimming pool and 183 guest rooms. It is the only theme hotel of resort and spa in the city.
