资格及经验要求说明：

1、5年以上机械制造业生产管理工作经验。

2、机械相关专业，大专及以上学历。

3、熟悉车间的生产运作和管理。

4、具有很强的管理、组织、协调及沟通能力。

5、具备良好的英语读写能力。

6、熟悉办公软件的运用，熟悉ERP或SAP系统。

工作主要职责说明：

1、协助生产部经理督促各车间按时完成生产计划任务。

2、协助生产部经理建设、优化组织机构。管理, 协调生产部与各部门之间关系。

3、协助生产部经理优化和完善生产流程，提高生产效率、提高产品质量。

4、协助生产部经理完善生产管理规章制度、操作流程及培训计划。

5、协助生产部经理主持日常生产会议。

6、实施现场的内务稽核和5S管理。

7、完成其它临时性事务。

公司提供班车。

上班时间：09：00，下班时间：17:30
