1 负责葡萄酒学院网站B2C电子商务网站的功能策划，在线宣传推广，活动策划及日常运营；
2 根据网站的运营特色，分析并把握各种类型的客户需求，针对客户需求开展网站优化调整；
3 负责项目的品牌建设以及各种商务合作中的技术方案、实施方案的制定；
4 能够配合其他部门搞好网站的运营、运行和维护

岗位要求：
1 全日制本科以上学历，2年以上电子商务运营管理经验；
2 熟悉B2C整体运营模式，熟悉数据分析，熟悉电子商务线上、线下运营管理模式；
3 细致、耐心的工作态度，良好的沟通技巧和组织协调能力，富有激情和创造性；
4 责任心强，为人诚信

E-commerce Director of Operations


Job Description:
1. Responsible for the Wine Institute website a B2C e-commerce site features planning, online promotion, event planning and day-to-day operations.
2. According to the operational characteristics of the site, analyze and take advantage of all types of customer needs, customer needs to carry out website optimization adjustment.
3. Responsible for the project's brand-building and technical solutions in a variety of business cooperation, the implementation of the program development.
4. Do a good job in the operation of the site with other departments, operation and maintenance.


Requirements:
1. A bachelor degree or above, e-commerce operations in more than 2 years management experience.
2. Familiar with the industry resources, understanding of the domestic business development process and ways of working.
3. Having a sense of innovation, good communication, implementation skills and teamwork spirit.
4. Honestly and strong sense of responsibly.
