Director of Sales

Job Description:
1 Participate in the Wine Institute to develop a marketing strategy.
2 Managing the Sales Manager team to reach a sales target.

Requirements:
1 More than 3 years’ service experience in B2B, management consulting or training experience is preferred.
2 In the high-end training or luxury goods industry, the performance of development for the new B2B customers
3 Wide range of corporate executives’ network of contacts in the market of Kunming.
4 Has the record of success to lead a sales team to achieve the target track.
5 Be fluent in English and able to work in the English-speaking environment.


Additional requirements:
1 Excellent interpersonal skills in the team of interpersonal relationship and external customer communications.
2 Ability in B2B customer development and relationship building, strategic thinking / planning capabilities.
3 The one who’s energetic and has the outstanding leadership ability.
4 Honest, abide by business ethics
