工作主要内容：
1、负责人力资源日常管理工作；
2、负责人力资源管理制度的制定及优化；
3、负责招聘、录用、绩效考评等工作；
4、负责五险一金的办理；
5、负责组织各种员工活动，保证活动的按时、有序、有效地开展；
6、负责做好上级交给的工作。
任职要求：
1、行政管理、人力资源、工商管理专业全日制本科以上学历，年龄23～35岁，四星级酒店以上，同岗位3年以上工作经验；
2、熟练操作人力资源六大模块，精通劳动法律法规；
3、熟悉酒店的系统化运作和管理，熟练使用办公软件，具有优秀的写作能力和口头表达能力；
4、具有较强的亲和力、责任感、服务全体意识、组织协调能力；
5、具备昆明酒店行业人脉资源者优先。
