任职资格
1、大专以上学历，营销、管理类专业为佳；
2、熟悉少儿培训行业，有销售和管理经验者优先；
3、具备思维活跃、有积极进取的精神及接受挑战的性格；
4、为人诚实、正直，性格开朗、责任心强，擅长与人沟通；
5、相貌端正，有一定的组织协调能力，能承担和突破工作压力。
