工作职责：
1、主持本部门全面工作。认真贯彻瑞林企业文化，严格执行学校规章制度，确保本部门工作正常有序地进行。
2、根据校区年度目标，制定本部门年、季、月工作计划，提出切实可行的措施，带领本部门员工，确保校区年度目标任务的完成。
3、根据本部门工作量，提出人员的增减申请，并负责对应聘本部门人员的复试选拔。
4、负责本部门员工的日常管理工作。主持召开部门会议，职权范围内的请假审批，员工的在岗培训，安排优秀的老员工带好新员工，工作绩效考评。发现并培养人才以及财务预算等工作。
5、做好本部门的团队建设，做好员工思想工作及协调工作，不断增强团队的凝聚力。努力营造和谐积极的工作氛围。
6、负责本部门各岗位职责与操作流程的制定、修改和规范。确保本部门工作制度化、规范化、流程化。
7、带领员工作好客户回访、跟进、客户关系维护以及与相关部门之间的配合协调等工作。
8、负责本部门安全与保密。发现不安全因素及时向校长报告。监督本部门员工严格执行学校安全保密规章制度。不得随意将学员家长信息向外扩散。保守学校商业秘密。
9、负责处理本部门工作范围内的各种投诉、纠纷及突发事件。礼貌待客，维护学校的良好形象。
10、定期组织本部门员工进行市场调研和分析，提出意见和相应办法，并及时报告校长。
职位要求：
1、一年以上销售或咨询类工作管理经验。
2、工作责任心强，沟通能力强。
3、较强的团队管理能力，能调动起团队成员的积极性，有较强的协调能力。
4、专科以上学历
5、具备电话销售的素质和能力
6、具有成功销售的经历
7、具备教育项目的销售经验
8、具备公共演说的能力
9、有一定的英语基础
薪酬：年薪10万
