教学主管（English Teaching Supervisor）
The ETS is the leader of the teaching department. The position involves researchers in teaching methods to improve the teaching quality, but also how to manage your team and choose the right person to do the right job.
You should be able to
1. Administrate the department efficiently
2. Lead the teaching research and motivate your team members with planned results.
3. Manage the teaching quality and make proper standards to evaluate the work of your team members.
4. Collect the feedbacks from students in order to improve the overall satisfaction.
5. Deal with the complaints from clients and cope with emergencies when needed.
We would like you to be:
1. Graduated with a Bachelor degree with a major related to Education or English.
2. Work hard and be very passionate about the career and discipline.
3. Experienced with overseas study or work. (not essential)
4. Excellent in using English with an IELTS overall band score no less than 7.0(essential).
5. Team player with effective communication skills.
6. Willing to listen to the need of staffs and suggestions from clients..
7. Confident to work under huge pressure.
You will benefit from:
1. A salary no less than 70,000 in the first year, higher salary can be provided depends on how good the work performance is
2. Insurance prescribed in the Labor Law.
3. 10 days of holiday in the first year.
4. Annual bonus is provided related to the overall performance of the team
