Job Responsibility

To lead overall maintenance of plastic injection tooling to meet high performance required in terms of productivity and parts quality

To lead a team of skilled technicians. Manage tool design and build tool and process development and tool qualifications at supplier

To take leading role in driving the improvement of productivity and quality of plastic part manufacturing, molding and tooling techniques

To take leading role of leveraging a thorough understanding of properties of various mold making materials and tool components fabrication techniques

Job Requirements:

*Bachelor or master’s degree, preferably in mechanical or tooling industry

*10+ years in the mold making and molding industry preferably in foreign companies a plus

*Experience in plastic injection is mandatory, customer end goods will make the difference

*Knowledge of plastic materials and design for manufacturing in terms of geometry and cosmetic quality

*Experience in developing plastic processing parameters

*Demonstrated strong leadership with excellence relation building skills

*Enthusiastic, high energy, passionate to make the difference

*Fluent in both Mandarin and English is required

*Experience in high technology tooling (64 cavities or more, fast cycle time lower than 12 seconds,….) is definitively mandatory
