Business ManagerScope

Cables and Interconnect (C&I) is an organization within BNET, which provides products and systems for telecommunication and power networks. Our portfolio consists of copper and fiber cable solutions for fixed and mobile telecommunication networks and systems for integration and protection of the networks .

C&I has approximately 800 employees worldwide, with offices in Sweden, China, India, Singapore, Brazil, the UK and the US.

The Business Manager will be C&I's contact with RCNAs sales and solution personnel. This includes identifying and developing new business opportunities

together with the market unit. The responsibility can in the future be extended outside RCNA

This position will focus on business support for different fiber solutions in both Access, Mobile backhaul and Transport networks, where Ericsson has a strong global position as a provider of passive infrastructure. The primary responsibility of the business manager will be to support and help the market unit with Cables and Interconnect solutions, which are sold as part of Ericsson's total offerings in telecom networks.

Responsibilities

- Develop and realize new business opportunities and revenue growth in line with the strategic objectives

- Manage the development and sales support of C&I product portfolio primarely within Fiber solutions

- Drive market requirements on the product portfolio

- Develop and maintain an effective network of contacts primarely in the MUGC but also with market units in Asia, Cables & Interconnect in Sweden and our Company CLC in Nanjing

Nanjing

The position is hosted at CBC, Beijing and reports to the CLC president

Qualifications

Qualification (formal education needed):

- Master of Science, or equivalent degree

- 3 years experience of sales and sales support activities in related areas

- Excellent communication skills, and fluent in spoken and written Chinese and English

Requested competence:

- Strong business sense and a result-oriented mind

- Capability to translate our products into value for operators

- Strong customer focus and drive

- Strong presentation/communication skills

- Experience of fiber cable business is a plus
