工作职能：
负责处理经销商订单，跟踪订单处理进度直至出货的整个流程;
负责公司进出口的业务工作,解决进口过程中的问题;指导准备所有的进口单证;
给予公司销售人员关于咨询库存等问题的后台支持，回复客户询价等工作;
监督并完成本地及进口产品的订货，出货以及到货的情况;
定期制作销售报表，适时与美国总部沟通了解后续货物的补充情况;
与销售，市场和财务等部门积极沟通，保持相关信息流畅;
熟悉运用ERP系统和Excel表格制作;


任职资格
精通贸易流程，至少2年以上国际贸易市场管理经验及一年以上订单管理或物流支持相关工作经验
本科以上学历，英语流利 CET4级和以上
有较强的沟通、协调和解决问题的能力
熟练制作各种进出口单证和信用证业务
有敬业精神,品形端正,有上进心
有良好的与人沟通技巧，具有团队合作和协调进步的精神
