1.能熟练操作火花机、快走丝线切割、CNC精雕机三种机床的加工技术。

2.会简单绘制CAD图纸和使用3D软件（ug、pro/e或者SolidWorks）。

3.能根据零件特点独立编制加工程序。

4.能按图纸加工要求检查、加工工件，对模具结构有一定了解，熟悉模具加工工艺。

5.能负责机床的故障诊断和日常维护、检修和保养。

6.能对其他人进行培训和指导。

7.做事踏实，吃苦耐劳，能独立进行作业，细心严谨，有很强责任心,能服从领导安排。
