Job Requirement 要求：
College diploma or above, major in international trade or logistics is preferred;
大专学历及以上，国贸或物流类相关专业
More than 3 years working experience in relative field;
3年以上相关工作经验
Tidy mind at work, excellent communication skills, and strong sense of responsibility ;
工作条理清晰，善于与人沟通，有责任心
Good command of English in listening, speaking, reading, writing;
英语听说读写流利
Good computer skills-including Microsoft Office and Microsoft Outlook;
熟练使用office办公软件
Ability to handle multiple tasks and pressure;
能同时处理多项事物，有一定抗压能力
Be familiar with ERP system, knowledge on MFG/Pro is a plus.
熟悉ERP系统，了解MFG/Pro者优先考虑
Job Description工作内容：
Receive customers’ purchase orders, control and process through our ERP system
Check special requirement from our customers, if any, inform relevant persons involved and follow-up
Prepare shipping documents and arrange the CIQ inspection on time
Book containers with forwarder according to the shipping documents
Daily communication with brokers or forwarders for shipment of each order
Follow-up payments
Control and follow-up payment terms, payments
Deal with complaints from foreign customers
Maintain master data in ERP for export customers;
Prepare weekly delivery performance report;
Centralizing and communicating the information to the customers for execution of their orders, new products, new pricing, Etc.
