职位描述
Job Purpose:
1. Product quality assurance process associated with suppliers to meet quality requirements from GBU.
2. Supplier quality performance improvement. Drive the continuous improvement of existing suppliers.
3. Support new product development as the representative of quality team.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Support new product development by providing quality engineering expertise.
2. Lead PPAP process for new product development.
3. Proactively drive suppliers for continuously quality and process improvement.
4. Provide consultancy to suppliers for resolving quality issues and for improving process.
5. Work closely with suppliers to identify the root cause, develop the containment, corrective and preventive actions to resolve the quality issues
6. Perform process audit and product audit to verify the effectiveness of the supplier's quality system.
7. Monitor supplier quality performance and reduce DPPM level
8. Manage and develop supplier base by performing supplier assessment.
9. Control the quality of supplier's process/product change
10. Manage the suppliers to be compliant with NWL requirements on product safety.
11. Manage the suppliers to be compliant with customers' ethical standard as well as NWL ethical standard
Qualifications & Skills:
1. Degree in Engineering or related discipline
2. 5 years above experience in manufacturing environment, 10 years above is preferred.
3. Good knowledge in quality management system, quality tools.
4. Good knowledge in PPAP, PFMEA, and Control plan, GRR and SPC, etc.
5. Good knowledge in manufacturing processes: machining, die casting, plating, packaging, etc.
6. Able to read mechanical drawings.
7. Strong in resolving quality issues.
8. Sound understanding on social accountability audit.
9. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, being a team player, open
10. Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
